Judy has been with Upper Canada Funding Inc. since 2002, she is an Accredited Mortgage Professional, and has been a member of the Greater Oshawa Chamber of Commerce since 2002.

Judy has a very down to earth, friendly approach when dealing with all her clients. She puts her clients at ease and takes the stress out of the mortgage process.

Judy has patience, understanding, compassion, and listens to your needs and works with you to figure out the best way to resolve any financial situation you may have. She explains things every step of the way so there are no surprises for you, and answers any questions you may have.

Jenna Crichton

Hi, I'm Jenna. Mom to an adorable 1 year old boy, wife to a dedicated entrepreneur, and Assistant to Mortgage Agent, Judy Stinchcombe, AMP.

When my husband and I were purchasing our first home we ran into many obstacles getting a mortgage in the traditional way at a bank. Because my husband owned a business and I was working to pay off student debt the banks deemed us too high of a risk, forcing us to look into other ways to make our dreams of home ownership come true.

...that's when we turned to Judy Stinchcombe.

Judy worked tirelessly to get us a mortgage that worked for us, which we were so grateful for. That gratitude and appreciation showed me what a valuable role Mortgage Agents play in people's lives.

I've always wanted to help people in a meaningful way and after seeing how Judy impacted me and my husband's lives, I decided to pursue a career in mortgages. I completed the Mortgage Agent course and was lucky enough to have Judy take me under her wing to show me the ropes.

I'm grateful to be working alongside someone with such dedication to her clients, and am looking forward to this new journey.
